Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Liberty or Death Productions was founded in 2004 by James Mannan with the goal of developing video projects of artistic excellence.  Producer Robbin Panet joined the team in 2005 during the production of LOD's first feature To Haunt You, and has consistently provided keen artistic intelligence, enthusiasm, and guidance.   

Since 2007 LOD has also enjoyed an artistic and professional relationship with Pink and Blue Films, also based in Indy.   

LOD's guiding philosophy is to promote as far as possible the artistic freedom of its artists and to broaden the aesthetic choices available to its audience.
